No — The Sentinel is a planning tool, not a monitoring service. It recommends where to mount cameras, never connects to them, and never sees, stores, or transmits footage. Your camera feeds and recordings stay with whatever system you already own, whether that’s Ring, Blink, or something else.
Upgrading and cancelling are handled through the Stripe billing portal link sent in your checkout receipt email — no support ticket needed. Upgrades prorate the unused time on your current subscription automatically; cancellations stop future renewals but don't refund past charges (refunds aren't available in-app — if you need one, contact Polsia support). Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access until then.
The current hard limit is property count — Free and Pro cover one property each. Installer is coming soon for multiple properties and team/client workflows. Pro AI queries, plan revisions, coverage analysis, share links, and exports aren't metered. Free users can map a property and place cameras manually, while Pro adds the planning and export tools.
